Many boys like to flirt with girls. My thought is that if you only speak with you by phone or online, but openly flirts with other girls in public, might feel not so common as you think. To me it looks like a man you could be in line. Especially since it seems his "relationship" to keep secret and not speak in front of the other girls who flirt with. My advice, find a boy who is not afraid to be seen ..
