You should be able to find providers of health services in the home directory, but it is expensive. You might be able to go with someone to contact his friends, when a day - many church volunteers who provide this service.
Another thing that will help tremendously Walker is a 4-wheel, as she could on the link. This does not lead to a person as a conventional walker, and most models are integrated into a seat that a person can rest. You should be able to find medical care in a store.
Have you tried your local social services assessment of his grandmother, to quantify their needs?
Age Concern and Help the Aged make a call to see if they can offer these services.
Good luck!
